UDC’s business model was pioneered in Australia and New Zealand. CEO & Founder Dr. Ray Khouri launched, grew, and sold DentalCorp Australia to Bupa Dental Corp – now the largest dental network in both countries – for $600 million in 2013. With Dr. Khouri’s involvement, DentalCorp Australia helped launch a successful Dental Services Organization in Canada called dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. After Dr. Khouri’s involvement ended in 2014, dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. was sold to the private equity firm L Catterton for $1.6 billion in 2019 and today is listed on Canada’s stock exchange.
