Dr. Ray Khouri is a visionary business leader and doctor who launched highly successful Dental Services Organizations in Australia and New Zealand. In 2013, DentalCorp Australia was sold to Bupa Dental Corp. – now the largest dental network in both Australia and New Zealand – for $600 million. With Dr. Khouri’s involvement, DentalCorp Australia also helped launch a successful Dental Services Organization in Canada called dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. After Dr. Khouri’s involvement ended in 2014, dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. was subsequently sold to the private equity firm L Catterton for $1.6 billion in 2019 and today is listed on Canada’s stock exchange. Now Dr. Khouri is bringing this same model to the U.S. Dr. Khouri's focus is helping doctors accelerate the growth of their practice with complete autonomy and control of their destiny. He earned a Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney. He also attended Harvard Business School to participate in the Disruptive Strategy by Clayton Christensen and is a Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

For over 25 years, Erik Halvorssen has had the privilege and opportunity to successfully lead highly efficient and productive teams of top professionals in the United States, Europe and Latin America, across several growth industries. His leadership roles have provided him with ample experience in capital raising, investor relations, internal and external communications, finance, and management, all which have served him well during his career. Mr. Halvorssen studied economics at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

Brooke has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has helped businesses expand through rapid organic growth and mergers and acquisitions while simultaneously retaining current team members by enabling individuals and managers to create a vibrant work ethic and culture where everyone maximizes their time at work and at play. Prior to UDC she was the VP of Human Resources for Revinate where she helped merge two travel software leaders. Ms. Hue has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washington State University.

Sam is a proven operations and procurement leader with over 20 years of multi-industry experience. He has an established record of managing and driving high-performance teams while leading successful strategic corporate programs. As part of the core UDC team, Sam is working to establish the UDC’s operations infrastructure and assist with due diligence for new affiliation partnerships. Prior to UDC, he was the Vice President of Procurement and Properties at North American Dental Group, a large DSO. Sam has a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Jesse Rodriquez is a corporate development and private equity executive with extensive experience working with growth companies. Mr. Rodriquez previously served as President, Board Member, and head of Corporate Development for AlefEdge, an Internet software company. Previously, he worked for Fidus Partners and SphereInvest Americas, which specialize in M&A. Mr. Rodriquez has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mike brings a wealth of experience in both public and private companies. Mike started his career with what is now KPMG and audited a wide variety of clients. Since his auditing days Mike has led accounting and finance teams of many sizes in many industries including 16 years of dental experience at Birner Dental Management Services based in Denver, CO. Mike’s specialty is creating process and system efficiencies to provide the necessary controls to safeguard assets and produce financial reporting in an efficient and timely manner.

Jordan has been in the dental industry for 10 years, beginning her a career as a patient coordinator. She worked her way up to Director of Operations before switching lanes into analytics to follow her passion for data & technology. She thrives on storytelling through data - turning empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical operations plans. Jordan’s DSO background includes positions in Operations, Training, Integrations, M&A, Analytics, and Finance. She takes coding courses for fun and enjoys learning about new technology in the healthcare space. Jordan spends her free time going on adventures with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle.

Teresa is a highly-skilled operations expert, innovator, and 26-year veteran in the DSO industry. Teresa’s experience includes leading operations at Dental Depot where she grew the company to over 500 employees with locations in Oklahoma, Texas and Arizona. Teresa is a founding advisory board member of Women in DSO and has been recognized for her commitment to the professional development of her colleagues and for being an influencer in the DSO community. Prior to UDC, Teresa Williams was Chief Operations Officer for Dental Express, which is headquartered in San Diego, CA. Teresa has a Bachelors in Administrative Leadership and Masters in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma.
