Dr. Ray Khouri is a visionary business leader and doctor who launched highly successful Dental Services Organizations in Australia and New Zealand. With Dr. Khouri’s involvement, DentalCorp Australia also launched a successful Dental Services Organization in Canada. Now Dr. Khouri is bringing this model to the U.S. Dr. Khouri's focus is helping doctors accelerate the growth of their practice with complete autonomy and control of their destiny. Dr. Khouri launched and sold Dental Corp. of Australia and New Zealand to Bupa Dental Corp. – now the largest dental network in both countries – for $600 million 2013. DentalCorp Canada was sold for $400 million to Canada’s pension fund in 2014. After Dr. Khouri’s involvement ended in 2014, DentalCorp Canada was subsequently sold to the private equity firm L Catterton for $1.6 billion in 2019 and today is listed on Canada’s stock exchange. Dr. Khouri’s passion is empowering doctors to monetize the value of their practice. He earned a Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney. He also attended Harvard Business School to participate in the Disruptive Strategy by Clayton Christensen and is a Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Mark Aichroth is a business leader who has held top-level positions in four successful healthcare start-ups and has served as a senior executive in global healthcare companies. Mr. Aichroth’s experience includes leading operations and international development for HCA, Humana and Blue Cross Blue Shield – three of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S. More recently, he was a Founding Director and Managing Partner at Circle, a multi-hospital company publicly listed in the United Kingdom. Mr. Aichroth is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Sean Cortis is an executive leader, business founder and entrepreneur with has more than 30 years of professional experience leading teams and launching companies. Mr. Cortis served as the CEO of Chapman Eastway, a leading tax and wealth management consultancy in Australia and is co-founder and co-CEO of HACH Private Capital, which provides independent advice for families on their private market assets. Mr. Cortis is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Tax Advisor and has received TEP designation from the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners for his experience as a tax and estate practitioner. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of New South Wales and has also been awarded a certificate in Fiduciary Governance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

For over 25 years, Erik Halvorssen has been providing independent, un-conflicted wealth management and investment advice to high net worth families in Latin America, the U.S. and Europe. He has worked with the most prominent wealth management organizations in the US and Europe, including Bank of America and Banco Santander. He has extensive experience in the family office services industry. His experience includes raising capital and supporting growth companies that bring breakthrough solutions to the marketplace. Mr. Halvorssen studied economics at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

Fergus Herbert is business founder, private equity executive, and financier who has been focused on growth companies for the past 30 years. In addition to serving as Chief Strategy Officer, he is also co-founder and co-CEO of HACH Private Capital. Mr. Herbert’s expertise includes capital raising services, corporate advisory, strategic consulting and M&A to privately held businesses pursuing global growth opportunities. He has extensive industry experience in technology, agriculture, media, consumer goods and healthcare, among other sectors. Mr. Herbert studied economics and statistics at the University of York in the United Kingdom.

Jesse Rodriquez is a corporate development and private equity executive with extensive experience working with growth companies. Mr. Rodriquez previously served as President, Board Member, and head of Corporate Development for AlefEdge, an Internet software company. Previously, he worked for Fidus Partners and SphereInvest Americas, which specialize in M&A. Mr. Rodriquez has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Derek Schnack is a senior finance executive with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in corporate and investment banking. Mr. Schnack served as CFO of OnePoint Patient Care, one of the largest Hospice Pharmacy Services providers in the U.S., for 14 years. Earlier in his career, he worked for BNP Paribas in investment banking and for U.S. Bank in corporate banking. Mr. Schnack has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
